Stiftungsfest or founder's day celebration, is our anniversary dinner. The Fort Wayne Sport Club was founded on March 18, 1927. It has been an annual tradition to have a dinner and recognition program to celebrate this day. Many fine soccer players came from Germany to Fort Wayne after the First World War. They founded the Fort Wayne Sport Club for the enjoyment of soccer and social activities.
